Relies on a current network connection to set up
This WiFi adapter works well once you manage to get it set up. The product description is misleading and gives a false sense of security to Linux users. It will likely NOT work out of the box, even if your OS is listed as supported.
Riddle me this: If I buy your product in order to get a network connection, how would I download drivers in the first place? I don't have USB or bluetooth tethering, so the setup was tricky and in hindsight, I should have purchased a different product. You are also stuck re-installing the driver every major kernel update.
I would have given five stars if it worked out of the box. It really is a nice piece of hardware.

Works fine on linux......after you can get it installed
After a few attempts. I got the thing working on zorin linux. The blue light doesn't work to tell you that it is even energized (light works on windows). But now that it's running it seems to be a decent adapter. Probably should be a few bucks cheaper for the work involved.

Works great; prompt helpful support
I'm using this product on a dual boot windows/linux-ubuntu desktop.The Windows driver was a simple install. On Ubuntu however I needed to overcome some obstacles due to secure boot being enabled which requires some extra steps for installation of third party drivers. Email support was very responsive and on point to get this resolved.I have it a few days now and it works great on both OS.
